We have some servers and I think all settings were set up in them of the same way.

Some times my servers have high server load but apparently all is working fine, only server load is high and too, mail queue increase. In this way, in SSH I restart MYSQL service and server load decrease.

My question is, what's happening with this? Why? Could somebody tell me something about this problem?
