    Default Apache too many connection

    Hi All,

Any best way to prevent apache too many connections for particular website. I have tried the mod_limitconn but no luck.

For a particular website, no I don't think. You might like to take a look at this section of WHM though, it could be what you seek:

WHM > Service Configuration > Apache Configuration > Global Configuration

CSF can be helpful with this sort of problem as well.

    Question

Could provide a few more details on the "too many connections " issue itself?

The cloudos providers have some apache module along with there OS. May be you need to look it. Also try some proxy servers like nginx too to reduce load.

you can use mod_bw module for apache, it allows you to set simultaneous connections and ingress traffic limits per second per vhost.
