is there any way to clear them, and how long a period do they cover as well. i am trying to reduce spam on my server, so need to see the results over a known timeframe.

None of developers of cpanel.net don't know what you talking about as they only setup together and NEVER developed anything!

My negative reply only because I have asked the same question in the past in few different source/website and effect is the same - no one knows!

Are you referring to the stats displayed in WHM?

What is the indication you're seeing that there is any Spam or wasted space involved?

The information is stored in the MySQL database named "eximstats"; it is possible to perform actions on this as you would any other database.
