High CPU usage in CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage by [php5]

I've taken a look at CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage and noticed that one site is using 133% of CPU under "Domain" column and on the left of it there is only [php5].

Is it something to worry about? Could it be "spam" or something like that

No need to worry about that, Sometimes one of my accounts reaches 170%.

Note: Percentages are based on one cpu. If you have 2 cpus divide the number in half to get the percentage of all cpu power used
