high server load chat script

hello i have problem with my server , i have to high load because i have install gixaw chat script. The load is always 3.00 -- > 12.00

Since you have high load due to the gixaw chat script and you know it's related to that chat script, my suggestion is to find another chat script that doesn't cause high load. That's probably the easiest path.

Otherwise, you'll simply need to upgrade your server components to be able to handle it (more RAM, better CPU), or otherwise tweak your settings for Apache and PHP. Both of these options are costly and/or time intensive.

Since you wanted our advice, there's my advice.

I'm not sure I'd want to throw hardware at it, or throw the script itself out, just yet. Instead, I think I'd be on the chat script forums looking for assistance, as already suggested.

That's your best way forward, IMHO.
