Default Memory Usage Restrictions Doesn't modify httpd.conf

I have a problem with Memory Usage Restrictions the change is not going to be written to the httpd.conf file, any one knows how to get this fixed?

    cPanel 11.25.0-R46156 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9

    Apache Limiter by cPanel, Inc.
    Checking for BSD Accounting ....
    Calculating Memory Limit .......4194304..2097152..6258680..4183378..2141889536..
    ..713963178..
Largest Webserver child cgi/ssi/php is now limited to 680 meg

But it keeps it to the old value!!!

    root@servervice [~]# cat /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    RLimitMEM 713963178
    RLimitCPU 240

    Isn't 713963178 bytes equal to 680 meg?

also why would you set RLimitCPU to 240 ?

Seems like it should be less than 100%

I stand corrected, its not a % - its CPU resource limits are expressed in seconds per process
