Hello,
I host quite a database intensive website and the site is allways slow, does cpanel allocate a certain amount of memory or power for accounts in mysql?
If so how do i up the limits?

I don't think there are. But I would check the tables inside the database to see if they are optimized.
Depending on the forum there are lots of tweaks you can do in your code. Make sure your server is tuned for optimal performance.
If this is your own server you should also optimize MySQL for your load distribution. If it isn't your server, you should ask your web hosting provider about it (e.g. enabling MySQL query caching).

This is my own server, thing is all other websites work fine apart from this particular site.
Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Just to mention this server is a duel xeon 2.4 with 2GB of ram.
