To update cpanel you will have to type below mentioned command through SSH:
/scripts/upcp -force Kindly fire above command and have a try. |

Are there any logged messages or displayed errors when attempting to load the page in WHM? Please check the cPanel error_log; it can be monitored (live) using the following command, after which the page in WHM should be tested to see if any messages are logged: Code:
# tail -fvn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

I forced an update yesterday night and saw no improvement.
This morning WHM is working fine ! @cpaneldon, cleared the log and opened a few WHM pages and here are the immediate errors logged: Quote:

It looks like you didn't set your root MySQL password for your issue ...
However, I have also seen a number of servers this week fail to load WHM because of a corrupted or missing "Locale.pm" and broken "locale" folder / symlink Solution: Code:
# rm -Rf /usr/local/cpanel/locale # rm -f /usr/local/cpanel/locale.pm # rm -Rf /usr/local/cpanel/lang # /scripts/upcp --force # /scripts/checkperlmodules # service cpanel restart

Moderator Note: The issue reported by the original poster (OP or thread-starter) is different than the very brief EDGE-only issue relating to cPanel Locale and the Locales module from CPAN. For verbose detail on the EDGE issue please refer to the following post: /whm blank - cPanel Forums
