whm loads very slow and freezes sometimes

Hi.
My whm load time is very slow. ssh works same when i type something in box it need 10 seconds to be displayed. the load is very low load average: 0.50, 0.53, 0.71 (Processor is Dual Core AMD Opteron) it's dedicated server. i do not have any idea what is the root of this problem.

Can you output sar for the same times it is slow? The idea here is to see the iowait times on the box. Also, free -m output to see the memory usage.

I was monitoring iowait via top the highest io was 5 to 10 max. swap was also free i will try with sar and will post the output here thanks
