    Exclamation Addon domain [BUG]

    Our client with domain xxx.com.br create 4 addon domains to the same folder! The result of this is an error in all PHP sites:

    I could only reproduce this by setting a php version for each of the add on domains, which isn't necessary.

    If that's what you did. set the php version for each of the add-ons to "None". Push the config change and see if the error goes away.

    It not me the problem, the option is there for our customer to choose and when he did it this bring down all the websites in all Web Servers because of a failure in configuration syntax. =(

    I resolve the issue in the same day removing the addons and have to warn the customer to not do it again. I'm just reporting because this can't be an option for a customer break things.

    I'm sorry, I don't understand. I don't know what to report to development since I don't know exactly what the customer did to produce the behavior.

    Can you be more specific on "a failure in configuration syntax"?

    The customer add 4 addon domains through WSOI:

    Addon domain [BUG]-addons.png

    And some minutes later all sites presenting this screen:

    Addon domain [BUG]-500.png

    This customer action crashes all config pools

    Yes, I saw the screenshots. Just pointing add-on domains to the same directory, which I'm assuming is a subdomain, is not an issue.

    This is not a bug.

    Agree but duplicate 4 times this line and break all sites isn't?

    <application fullPath="\\X.X.X.X\n\iis_config\PHP\php-5.3.8\php-cgi.exe" arguments="-d open_basedir=\\\\X.X.X.X\\n\\Users\\cPanel\\XXXcomb\\public_html\\temp" activityTimeout="300" requestTimeout="300" instanceMaxRequests="10000">

    Please I insist to fill this as a problem because it breaks all other sites not involved in the customer action.

    I cannot submit this as a bug without more detail. I need to know exactly what your customer did to produce this behavior.

    You are welcome to open a support ticket. If development determines this to be a bug, you will be refunded the cost of the ticket.
