Thread: ASP.net is enabled but not seeing it working?

    Default ASP.net is enabled but not seeing it working?

    I am new to the enkompass family (moving away from plesk thank goodness!!) We just built a new box and installed enkompass and so far so good with a couple of moves off of windows plesk. We are now at the point of moving our fist 2.0 asp site and I moved everything over. However I see that asp.net is selected but I am now about to open any aspx webpage. Is there something I missed in the install? I also notice that the mime types is not showing the asp mime, aspx, etc that I would normally see on the plesk panel.

    Thank you for any assistance possible.

    If you browse to the site from the web server, do you receive an error? You may need to set debugging in ASP (in IIS) to display errors.

    Also, how did you transfer the site. The recommend methods are either File Manager in WSO or FTP. If you did a drag and drop, you may need to update the file permissions.

    In the data directory, e.g. "\\HOSTNAME\e\Users\cPanel\", for each account:

    1. Right-click the account folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.

    2. Click Advanced, and then click the Owner tab.

    3. Make sure "current owner:" is correct

    4. Click "Edit . ." and tick the box "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects", and click OK
