Could not add the Ip address, It does not exist within Enkompass network

Hi

I am adding several web servers, when i add the server it sets up just fine. but when I go to add IP to assign to web server, i go to add IP wizard and i Get:

Could not add the Ip address, xx.xx.xx. It does not exist within Enkompass network.

Why is this? it'll let me add any other IP but the actual IP of the new web server?
