I am trying to get the installer to download for the Test License I signed up for.
When I try to download it from a browser on the server it tells me that cpanel.net has blocked the download.

Any suggestions?

Are you sure that it does not say windows/IE did not block it? The default install of windows server will block downloading it unless you allow access to the domain.

Ok,

I got the installer on the server. Is there a particular location on the server that it should be installed into? The reason I ask is some other apps we have placed there were required to be in a specific location.

Please advise.

I recommend using the standard Program Files directory path for your Windows installation, such as at a path like the following example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\cPanel\Enkompass\

Actually it's

C:\Program Files\cPanel\Enkompass\

we're now fully 64bit.

You can install it where ever you would like. I've run the services from their intended folder and other places without any problem.
