Enkompass Backups dont work

Hello,
I have lost my server and i need restore backups to new one but i have MANY MANY problems with Enkompass backup system.

When i restore the full account i received this error:

The following errors occurred during the restore operation:
Cannot restore MySql Databases. Assigned MySql server doesn't exist.
Cannot restore Microsoft SQL Databases. Assigned Microsoft SQL server doesn't exist.
Cannot restore mail accounts. Assigned mail server doesn't exist.

After add SQL, MYSQL and email server to account and try restore again only the BDs and email i received this error:

Problem Code: 	Unknown 	Type: 	WebAppAPIException
The restore failed for the selected account (xxxxx) and restore point (xxxxx@2012_01_16_03_00_05.zip).
Method 'RestoreAccount' from contract
'IServerAdministratorService' failed.
featureListPath must be initialized with path of the feature list

MSSQL files is .bak and i cant restore this in MSSQL Management, i received many errors. MYSQL files is .create and .backup. How to restore this manualy?

Did you add those services in SAI's Server Manager before restoring the backups?

Yes, i have MSSQL, MYSQL and ME services in server before restore the backups but i have received the errors.
In this moment more important is: How to restore backups manualy? Yes i know, i need create the bds and users first but now i need only restore the data.
