Enkompass not works after update

My Enkompass installation autoupdated and not works now.
I shows 404.15 error and redirects to url:

Or should I aks the datacenter support to open this ticket?

You can open a ticket via our support system.

The ASP.NET State Service was removed after update.
Everything works after it was reinstalled by support on the ticket.
