Is there a way to customize the ftp banner using enkompass?

I have done this with IIS but enkompass overwrites this change.

Eric, I'm sure there will be a good set of notes in the Change Log for Oxygen, however I was hoping you could answer me this. Once Oxygen is out, and it will stop overwriting custom changes to the IIS config files, will we have to make these changes through the Enkompass panel, or would we just do it normally (as per the FTP banner example above), and Oxygen will be 'smart' enough to prevent overwrites?

There is the notion of ISAPI_rewrite / Helicon APE and I'm sure a whole lot of other modules that people use which have their own interfaces (along with IIS itself) to make changes. I guess it sort of sounds like a stupid question, but I am just trying to figure out where the best place to make our custom changes would be.

Thanks very much for the updates, I'm really looking forward to the release of Oxygen, as some of its features are essential to our client sites that have been pending transfer to our new Enkompass setup.

Howdy,

If you have the role that allows you to change the applicationhost.config you are allowed to make changes to any of the areas that are outside of Enkompass's control. How you edit it is up to you
