Thread: FTP Subaccount not working now.

    Default FTP Subaccount not working now.

    All Create Subaccount login show following error.

    331 Password required for test@domain.com.
    PASS **********
    530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

    The username needs to be in the following format for all ftp accounts:

    domain.com|test
    ------
    Todd Thrash
    Technical Trainer
    cPanel University
    ------
