How can i reset my Enkompass root password

How can i reset my Enkompass root password? i can't log in to SAI anymore i can't remember my password and i am deleted the EnkompassConfig file it created after installation please help

Open a command prompt on the Domain Controller and type in:

net user admin newpassword

While on this topic, I installed this as well and am on the Web Site Owner Login. I did the net user admin reset thing. But still when I attempt to login with admin i still get
"Your credentials are invalid. Please try again."

You cannot log into WSO with the 'admin' account.
