Default Initial Configuration - Not detecting Mail/SQL Server

I have just installed Enkompass and I am having a few issues with the setup.

Firstly, when entering the SMTP details, when I click "Save" (there is no test button like the instructions suggest) it clears the password - every time?

The main issue now is that when looking at the servers and services page (Step 5), there is only the 1 server which is the Enkompass server running Enkompass, AD and IIS. MySQL and SmarterMail are also installed on this server, so how can I get them to appear?

    Thanks

OK I managed to get SQL to appear (not sure how), but mail is still not showing up. I have installed and fully setup SmarterMail Lite 10.

Although SQL appears as a service, Enkompass says there are issues with it (see attached screenshot) and I am not sure how to rectify. It is running on the local server, so the firewall shouldn't be an issue...

    The error is:

    cPanel.Core Error: 0 : 2012-07-10 16:33:41Z [ERROR ] - ServerAdministratorService - cPanel.Services.ServerAdministratorService - (TID:0x67) - Unable to acquire MySql Database Server, so cannot test database connection.

One the SMTP issue, are you referring to Tweak Settings? If so, make sure you're using Firefox or IE (our supported browsers).

    Hello

No this was in the initial server setup stage (when you login to SAI for the first time). I realized that I was using google chrome and switched to IE and I worked.

I have since removed MySQL and installed MSSQL Std - to make things easier
