Internal Server Error 500 PHP OR WHAT

Hello,

i need one help, so i have add another server to my Enkompass sistem, and now i changed default parth of data storage from D:\cPanel\user to new server \\servername\d\cPanel\Users\ but now when i try to put some web site which contain .php i got Internal server error 500.

PHP is also set to network parth \\servername\iis_config\php\ and it works without problems when it Enkompass set parth to D:\, but now with this sistem php do not work or something other make an error, becouse i can acces that new account and when i put a html site it work fine.

I changed this in register of my Enkompass server and all is ok, but i can acces to web via browser when i set \\servername\d\cPanel\Users\ if is there php, but if is .html it work fine (when i creted account i saw enko default page).

Can anyone help with this error.

hi

i just updated one of your other threads. so is no PHP at all working not even PHPInfo? if so its likely your PHP is configured wrong in Enkompass.

Login to SAI as admin and goto PHP configuration and check what PHP Versions show and see if this is the one that matches the network drive. try adding a duplicate folder of php and call it php-test and check if its picked up in enkompass, this will then show that the correct path is being detected.

have the same problem but only with the enkompass one, if i use php manager to change to other vesrion installed on server it works

the reason enkompass one doesnt works if u do a phpinfo it says no fastcgi handler registered but if u check handler mapping fast cgi is registered and enabled so its ont the version from enkompass i cant get to work , any solutions for me?

i put your test php info on my domain /http://antonio-baskovic.from.hr and put index.php on it, so when i call the page i get a phpsysinfo.

So php is ok, i dont now how to fix it, becouse all my webs working fine, my default php parth is \\servername\iis_config\php\ and it seems to be fine.

Any other idea?

There is a bug that was opened, something we found. An issue with getting PHP 500 errors when you have add-on domains, something to do with the redirects:

From cPanel Support:
If you create an add-on domain and redirect it to another add-on or a subdomain, go to PHP Version in WSO and select "None" for the add-on you just created. If it's an add-on without a redirect, it should be fine.

yes i know for that bug, but this is are not add-on domains what i'm creating. This are all main domains (new, fresh user accounts) and when they are located on local disc d:\ all is ok, but i installed new server on enkompass sistem and added it to domain, and i changed parth i regedit of enkompass files to new parth \\servername\d\ (cPanel\Users) and when i create account account do to that new server and i cann install anny html or aspx web pages they are shown, but when i try put Joomla! based on php i get an error 500.

What's wrong here i dont know!
