When I try to log into the user panel with Internet Explorer 8 the following happens, the page seems to "update" and then returns the following error::

Critical System Error
To Users:
The application an unhandled error Threw That Could not be shown by the default error page since the error occurred in the low level configuration of the system. Your application installation is corrupt. Please contact your administrator.

To Administrators:
The serious application Threw an unhandled error but could not be shown by the default error page since the error occurred in the low level configuration of the system. Your application installation is corrupt or has Been Tampered with. To resolve the issue, you need to check the error log for errors in this critical application.

In other browsers can not access this error normally only occurs in Internet Explorer 8.

have problems with that also but my Internet explorer doesnt display my wordpress website properly!

Did this occur after running Windows updates? Can you check to see if ASP.NET State Service is running.

no, not after updates, and service asp net is initialized

Is it running under the "Network Service" account?

Yes is running with the account Network Service!

Is this a brand new server? If so, have you run the .NET updates?

No, there is a new server, updates have to be applied but
.Net does not have any.
