Latest Windows Security Update Problem

After the latest update KB2286198 I am unable to connect to the admin of Enkompass. It shows the menus on the right side then goes back to the login screen and says
The system is not available right now, try again later.

It does this both is trying to connect using localhost or remotely.

Any Ideas?

It sounds like the EnkompassWCF service isn't started.

I am still having this problem. I have restarted all the encompass services but I still am unable to connect to either WSOI or SAI. I thought it may be something with the firewall so I disabled windows firewall but that did not help. If I uninstall the latest windows updates everything starts working again. Any ideas?
