Moving servers, how to recreate accounts from backups?

Hello, I am trying to restore accounts from another Enkompass server. I first rar'd the backup files into 1 big rar, and transferred them to the new server. After this, I unrared them into their correct folder (C:\backups\Daily\), so their file setup was similar to the old server. Bother servers are setup for C:\backups\, so that shouldn't be an issue.

When trying to restore backups from inside Enkompass however, the accounts do not show up. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

If the accounts are not already created within Enkompass and you are attempting to create them on the 'new' server, then you would need to type in the user name in the box to the right of the 'listing' box. The listing box pulls current users on the server, not the available backups. Once you type in the name, it will search for a backup point with that user name. If it exists, then it will show up below the user account listbox.
