MySQL Database creation problem

When I try create a new MySQL database, in any account, comes the following error message:


But, the comunication with the MySQL Server seems to be ok...


Any ideia?

Was it working fine before? If you restart the Enkompass WCF and Web Server services, does the error go away?

Log into PhpMyAdmin as 'root', and make sure 'root' has "ALL PRIVILEGES".

Yes, the root have ALL privileges, from all hosts

I reinstall the MySQL Server, and the error persists. I deleted the server, add again in the Enkompass, and now I have the folloing error:

I just realized that the original problem happens on another server with Enkompass I use. It may be some bug or something with the setup mode I'm using for the services?
