Properly configure DNS

Hey I have a question regarding DNS:

We need to set up external access for our dns servers. On CPanel setting these DNS servers were relatively easy but I'm a little lost within Enkompass. I need to assign IP addresses to my name servers so those can be accessed from outside people trying to resolve domains on this system. Where do I configure this? Is there a guide available?

Yes, unfortunately the manuals for Enkompass lacks a LOT of proper info.
