I noticed that removing an add-on domain does remove the DNS entry but does not in fact remove the entry in IIS. I tried this a few times and found the IIS site to remain.
Anyone else seen this?

I tested this on 2.4.0.48 and it works fine. It may take several minutes for the change to be pushed to IIS. Also, if you leave IIS Manager open, this may prevent it from refreshing.
I just updated to .48
I will test it again and see what I find.
