Setup - WebSite Share Path

Hello, I am installing Enkompass and cannot get beyond the WebSite Share Path step. I continually get this error:

Unable to access quota information on the volume you selected. You must have privileges on the share\volume; and, if it is a share it must be to the root directory of a volume.

I have tried both remote and local volumes. I have enabled quotas on both remote and local. I have given Everyone Full Control on both remote and local. Both remote and local are in the domain. There is no firewall between the remote and local server.

Any ideas why I can't get beyond this step? Thanks.

Ok, I figured it out. My remote and local locations were not the root of the volume.
