Unable to add / save Scheduled Tasks from WSOI

Hi,


This is the second time I'm posting this, apparently someone deleted my post from another Thread also related to Scheduled Task. Any way, I need help with this issue, I can't add / save Scheduled Tasks from WSOI, I tried from different domains, and even tried changing my password.

Error occurred while adding scheduled task
Method 'AddScheduledTask' from contract 'IWebSiteOwnerService' failed.
cPanel::Core::Scheduler::FolderNode::AddOrModifyTask: Task 'TEST' cannot be created for user adrian: Error code 0x8007052E: Logon failure: unknown
user name or bad password.

Have you tried restarting the Enkompass WCF Service?

Have you changed the password on the account you used to install Enkompass?

Yes, already tried restart that service, and i just tried changing my admin password, but still i can't create new scheduled jobs from any WSOI account

Try restarting AD, then restart all of the Enkompass services.

From the Enkompass server, are you able to authenticate the user from a command prompt:

runas /user:ADDOMAIN\adrian cmd

It maybe wise to open a paid ticket, its only 60 USD and the Enkompass support guys are really good

After running the command it says:

C:\Users\Adrian.server>runas /user:ADDOMAIN\adrian cmd
Enter the password for ADDOMAIN\adrian:
Attempting to start cmd as user "ADDOMAIN\adrian" ...
RUNAS ERROR: Unable to run - cmd
1326: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.


And everything else on the machine works just fine, why is this error?

You're replacing "ADDOMAIN" with your own domain, correct?
