    Side note: I had PHP Manager for IIS v1.2 installed, not sure if that had a hand in this or not. Just uninstalled and am rebooting now...

    Well that was a bad idea...didn't fix the issue and now phpMyAdmin is busted...

    You may have removed this file? "C:\Program Files\cPanel\Enkompass\WebInterface\ThirdPartySites\PhpMyAdmin\PHP\php.ini"

    Nope, it's still there...however, I remember now that I installed phpMyAdmin to the default web page in IIS before I installed Enkompass. Is there a supported method to installing it with Enkompass?

    Well I'm DOA...is there a way to do a full backup of Enkompass? I'm really about to the point of formatting the machine and starting over...

    There is no full backup feature in Enkompass. You might try upgrading to 3.0, released this morning.

    had a server crash so had to do a fresh install all over again, its still unregistering php even on a fresh install, php is enabled globaly and on site , its the php that come with enkompass instalation
