Are you receiving an error when you click on PhpMyAdmin?
No, only the PHPMyAdmin Login page and I need to enter the server, login and password again.
The PHPMyAdmin go correctly but after the upgrade to last version i can't autologin from the link in WSO.
Thanks,

Did you get this working? What version did you upgrade to? 3.5.1?
No, i don't know how to resolve the issue.
The versión is 3.5.1.

Upgrading PhpMyAdmin has not been tested by our devs and QA team, however, this appeared to work for me.
1. rename the old directory
2. put the new directory in place
3. copy these files over from the old directory: config.inc.php, login_from_wso.php, and login_from_wso_handler.php
The extent of my testing was just to see if auto-login from WSO worked, which it did.
I'm experiencing a similar problem, however I have not upgraded or touched phpMyAdmin. I currently have phpMyAdmin 3.2.2.1 installed, along with Enkompass v2.4.0.30.6154.15341 (waiting to upgrade to v3.x). I get the following when clicking on the 'phpMyAdmin' link from within WSO:
The above shot was from Chrome, and in IE, the same thing happens, altho there is not the strange 'diamond ?' character, but a bunch of other symbols.
I double-checked the files that Salinas mentioned above, and they're there, AND they have never been modified (timestamp matches all other files within "C:\Program Files\cPanel\Enkompass\WebInterface\ThirdPartySites\PhpMyAdmin".
BTW, when users enter their WSOI login details and use 'localhost' for server, it logs them in fine. Hoping for some help!
Thanks in advance.
Did you uninstall/reinstall MySQL at some point?
Nope, I never have...also, I haven't been changing much at all (if anything) as things have been running smoothly. I know this will be a tough one to troubleshoot, but if there's any more information I can give you Michael, please just let me know.
Thanks for your response![]()
What browser are you using? And does this happen on Firefox?
One thing you might try is to log into PhpMyAdmin as root. Add the control user with the public IP as the host under Privileges.
Control user will be a long string and you should see it as a user for localhost. Use the same string for user name and password.
