Default WSO Stats - "Disk Space"

This information is pulled directly from Quota Entries on the disk by the backend. If you are transferring files using FTP or "upload" in WSO's File Manager, that stat will reflect correctly.

If you are transferring files by logging into the server with an account, say 'Administrator', and dropping files into your accounts' directories, that stat will not reflect correctly as those files belong to 'Administrator'.

If you need/prefer this method to transfer files, you can use these steps to update the account owner:

In the data directory, e.g. "\\HOSTNAME\e\Users\cPanel\", for each account:

    1. Right-click the account folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.

    2. Click Advanced, and then click the Owner tab.

    3. Make sure "current owner:" is correct

    4. Click "Edit . ." and tick the box "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects", and click OK

NOTE: "Disk Space Usage" under the Files section in WSO should always be correct because the frontend is counting files in the account's directory.
