SOAP and WSDL

I'm coding an external control panel which our customers(more than 15000 domain) can control their accounts( ex: mysql, ftp, mails, etc..) for WHM/cpanel, for WHM/Cpanel it's possible with api, but we decide to use Enkompass for windows server. Now there is a problem for us. Can I use soap/wsdl to control Enkompass ? If yes, how? I mean how can I find the wsdl service.. Ex:

 SoapClient("http://********.com/xxxx.aspx?wsdl");

At this time the only interface we offer is the WCF service that Enkompass itself uses.
