File and Folder Permissions in Win

How do we make folders and files executable/writable etc? I am familiar with linux but learning windows.

did you ever get a response to this? you dont need to do this on windows as each user has their own dedi app pool, those security issues you may of experienced on linux wouldn't happen on a setup with Enkompass.
