Add support for DKIM ("DomainKeys Identified Mail")

It's already in EDGE if you want to test it out on a non-production server (given how important you feel this is to your continued operations) and give feedback via the EDGE users mailing list before that window of opportunity to influence this implementation ends.

I have DKIM enabled on a couple of my domains and I'm still getting 100% failure for DKIM keys.

On september was released version 11.31.1.2 how can be possible that after 6 months is not on stable version? more then 6 months to wait for this option...

I am not seeing DKIM being attached to my email on outbound emails, 100% denied from all Mail Providers.

I seem to be missing a DomainKey Signature?

I have run the suggested commands.
DKIM TXT entries are added to the DNS zones, but no headers are being added to outbound mail.

Support promptly tracked down the bug

"/var/cpanel/domain_keys/private was owned by root:root instead of root:mail"
