    Default add support to .tgz file format for uncompress in File Manager [case 47288]

    The extension .tgz is another version for .tar.gz files (or it could be for .bz2 files). Seeing that both file types are supported, why not also support .tgz so that the customer doesn't need to rename them for File Manager to unzip?

    Update: 11.30 is not yet available to STABLE users still running 11.28. Sorry for any inconvenience. This thread will remain open.

    Version 11.30 is now in STABLE, meaning this feature is now available in all update tiers. As a result, I am closing and archiving this thread.
