Default Automatically enable journaled quota on centos 6 [case 58926]

When I run /scripts/fixquotas on a test cPanel installation on centos 6 with ext4, I get the following error:
    ----------------------------------------------------
quotacheck: Your kernel probably supports journaled quota but you are not using it. Consider switching to journaled quota to avoid running quotacheck after an unclean shutdown.
    ----------------------------------------------------

According to the "Adjust /etc/fstab for a journald quota" section of the article below, adjustments need to be made to /etc/fstab for the journaled quota to work correctly.

    Quota

Can this be configured automatically if ext4 is detected when you enable quotas on the cpanel first setup page?

Journaled quotas are now supported in version 11.32.3.2, prior to that we didn't even support journaled quotas. That should help move things forwards with the request for automatic enabling .

Further testing has shown this is not working as well as we would have liked. Consider this to still be a work in progress..
