[Case 12462] Customize threshold for system-wide disk space check

I'm creating a case so everyone looking for the ability to customize the threshold for the system-wide disk space check will have a place to monitor the progress of this functionality.

Currently, the warning thresholds are hard-coded to 80% and 90%. However 10% of disk space remaining on a 2 TB SATA drive is 200 GB, a ridiculously large amount of available disk space. In the era when these thresholds were first established, hard disks were much smaller and these limits made more sense. However, nowadays, these hard coded limits are impractical. As a result, this feature request was created and filed to allow system administrators to set these thresholds themselves.

I think this settings should firstly allow to choose diferentially, by % or by remaining disk space.

Probably 200 GB in a 2 TB SATA drive seems to be a lot of space, but we must be aware that a disk like that may contain huge accounts, with huge files (video, downloads, etc), or even hundreds of email accounts consuming varying amounts of space daily. And probably 200 GB of data may be consumed rapidly, depending on every configuration.

Maybe the hardcoded thesholds could be extended to cope with the 95%, 97%, 98% and 99%, and make all those thresholds optionally defined in Tweak Settings, in the same way that you can actually set thresholds for email accounts and individual hosting accounts.

Also, 200 GB out of a 2000 GB drive may appear to be a lot of available space, but in the same time, that early warning may give sysadmin enough time to extend the cluster or take preemptive measures with a good margin of time.

We are currently targeting version 11.32 for having this implemented.
