EasyApache with mpm-itk [Case 50762]

Re-add of the custom module of mpm-itk for easyapache.
mpm-itk is stable, and have all the necessary security in the last version.

cpdan, has told us in this post: EasyApache with mpm-itk that the module will be out again when "next version of mpm-itk comes out".

The next version is out, and this module is precious.

apache2.2-mpm-itk 2.2.17-01, released 2011-03-21:

* Fixed CVE-2011-1176: If NiceValue was set, the default with no
AssignUserID was to run as root:root instead of the default Apache user
and group, due to the configuration merger having an incorrect default
configuration.
* Rebase against Apache 2.2.17.
* Fix an issue where users can sometimes get spurious 403s on persistent
connections, if the .htaccess files are not world readable.
* In the config merger, don't reallocate the username, since it's already
in the correct pool. (This is not a memory leak, only a small inefficiency.)

Given the special circumstances around this specific request (which is mostly about restoring previously available functionality), I have talked with our developers and have submitted a report for this. I will update the thread title with a case number shortly.

We are anticipating that this will be accommodated in EasyApache 3.5. We are currently in version 3.3 and we anticipate a version 3.4 before there is a 3.5. EasyApache does not yet follow a regular release schedule so I do not have an estimated ETA at this time other than that this is planned to appear in version 3.5 of EasyApache.

A minor clarification. This MPM will not be delivered with EasyApache, rather it will be returned as a Custom Opt Mod as listed here: EasyApache Custom Modules. This work will be accomplished during the time frame of EasyApache 3.5 development.

The mpm-itk custom option module was updated to version 2.2.17-01 and uploaded to easyapache.cpanel.net.
