About LinkBacksWHM is an awesome application, but it lacks the ability to track users.
I would much appreciate an addon that would store contact information, such as first/last names, notes on accounts, etc.
BTW, integration with systems like Paypal would be nice

Really good idea, I support it. It should have a field for AIM, MSN, EMAIL contact with it's icons (like most of forums scripts do).

cPanel is not a billing app, so I would not look for PayPal (yuck!) integration anytime soon.
