Hooks for Modify Account (Developer Functionality)

I have received a request for a hook to be triggered when the Modify Account functionality is invoked. The specific request I received was for handling when a domain name associated with an account is changed, but I believe this hook would be more useful if it encompassed all parameters that can be changed via the screen.

I wanted to start a conversation about this so we can gather input on how you would like to have this implemented.

xml output with old and new data would be great. I'm working on a nginx automated installer that is pretty much complete. I'm missing the functionality of being able to change data via WHM though unfortunately.
