Limiting bounce backs( Big problem)

Hi,

If server is configured to limit number of email to lets say 300 per hour.

When client exceeds this limit then he gets the following message

"Domain aaa.com has exceeded the max emails per hour (300) allowed. Message discarded."

But problem is if client send lets say 10k emails with a script then he will get this bounce back 10k times and this chokes the server.

This bounce back should be limited to once per hour and just say "further messages will be discarded"

Please implement this asap.

In version 11.32, you can now set limits regarding what % threshold of emails per hour can fail etc. before messages are not sent by your server. It seems even setting a rather liberal percentage like 25% would address your situation.
