New Feature - Submit a support request

If enabled, will this allow my resellers clients to submit requests of us also? I ask because if so, I don't want to enable it, as we remain anonymous to our resellers clients, and they provide their own support.

I've already upgraded our cPanel servers to pro, it's just a matter of whether or not I want to configure the support option.

As a default, this will relay ALL inquiries to whatever you setup as root.

Resellers will then need to go in and change it to what they want it to be.

This is great and all, but this means it will be overwritten with each update unless your chattr the file. That can cause other issues though. Can we please get this integrated?
