root access whm restriction

I believe this is already being addressed by the implementation of our "Security Policy" functionality. You can read detailed documentation via http://go.cPanel.net/progress

Let me know what that functionality is missing that you would like us to implement, as that would limit IP access per user for all users, not just root.

This functionality is now available in all update tiers of cPanel&WHM. I am now closing and archiving this request thread.
