    Arrow 403 Forbidden error

    Hi,

    I am getting 403 Forbidden error.I checked the Public_html as well as index.php and the
    httpd.conf entries .. every thing is ok but still getting error.. please any suggestions..

    Have you checked the error log to see what error is being reported? What about permissions on the public_html folder? Running /scripts/enablefileprotect has corrected the error for me in the past.

    Hi rick,

    Thank you for your reply
    I found out ...
    Some one had made the main users folder permission into 000
    thats why even mail didn't work
