Acces problems

Hey
The cpanel of my game can't be accesed, only one person can acces it at this moment.
In the past it used to work just fine but now when I go to the cpanel it shows me this:

Not Found
The requested document was not found on this server.

I'm wondering why this is and if anyone has any suggestions how to solve this.

Try restarting Cpanel with

]# service cpanel restart

and check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_logs for any errors.

Have you tried running /scripts/upcp --force ?

Hmm Yeah I've tried those codes and it all gives the same error..
No matter what code I do I always get that same error (everyone gets this error except one person)
