    Default access denied

When attempting to add new accounts through WHM I receive this message: "You do not have access to create that package (undefined)! " I have switched over to virtual dedicated servers and have an account plan that allows 50 domains total and have 49 remaining.
    1) Am I confusing adding account packages, w/ adding domains?
    2) Is this a configuration problem that I need to clear up w/ the server reseller? ie not being given proper admin access from reseller?
    2) after my own DNS has propogated, are there any entries I need to make regarding MX records or servers via c-Panel or is the account info I provide when adding accounts sufficient? Tx

Since you are a reseller and the problem is with your reseller account setup you're going to get much better help asking your web hosting provider about the problem since they're in the best place to investigate/advise on the issue.

Thank you. Just wanted to check here first to see if the problem was w/ my lack of experience in working w/ c-panel. Will email my provider.

The short answer was "you have to create packages in WHM before you can add accounts." I was, previously, using direct admin, which has a few different twists to terminology and interface. I didn't realize I would need to hit the tuts, which I will now do.
