Access to webmail without logging into Cpanel??

I have 4 email accounts set up and cant get access to them without being logged into Cpanel. Obviously I shouldnt have to pass out the main user name and password for them to get access to their mail. I'm sure its simple but I havent seen anything leading me to the solution....

Log in with full email address and password.

You should be addressing this question to your host.

http://<yourdomain>/webmail

or

http://<yourdomain>:2095

or

https://<yourdomain>:2096

or

whatever access system your host has setup for you.
