Account Creation Status: failed, why?

Hello,
I try create domain: a.com.ua. Domain registred, but cpanel write me:
Account Creation Status: failed (Sorry, that's an invalid domain)

Why???

Is it needed somewhere to disconnect verification, that it is possible it was to create accaunts with single character in a domain? If yes, where?

Remove the trailing dot in the domain name. You should type a.com.ua instead of a.com.ua.

Domain a.com.ua without dot: "a.com.ua". What any ideas?
