    Angry Accounts and nameservers

I am new to this. Not getting much help from WebHostinBuzz. What is the relationship between accounts and nameservers? Or is there any? Also, I created a "package", is one sufficient? Why would I need another package. If you have a guide or reference that would help, please let me know.

Packages are typically used to group similar accounts that should have similar resources. These can also be used in conjunction with billing software. For example, you may have a package that is low cost but only offers minimal functionality. You can create different packages with different quotas for various resources. You don't need to make any packages, but it is a common practice.

Nameservers and Accounts don't have a direct relationship. Nameservers simply handle the DNS for various accounts. Reseller accounts can have branded nameservers (e.g. ns1.theirDomain.com) but that's as far as any relationship goes.

You can find documentation for cPanel and WHM on our website at:

If you do not have root access to the server, it would be best to contact your hosting provider regarding your questions.
