Accounts not changing from Default Page

I'm new at WHM, so bear with me.

I recently got Ipanel working for my Free hosting website. Works like a charm except all the new clients it makes on Cpanel are stuck on the orange default site page. You know the one. I set up myself as a sample client and it still redirects to x.y.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi even after I uploaded (Client's FTP) a index.html file to the www/public_html folder.

As I said, I'm new and it might just be me. Can somebody help out?

Fixed! I contacted support and they said they just reloaded httpd.conf to apply the changes.
